What we do offer is a custom ordering service for any computers, parts, or peripherals. This means that you can contact us for the procurement of computers, parts, or peripherals and we will source the required items either locally or foreign at the best possible competitive prices in Trinidad. Procurement of items normally takes a few days up to 3 weeks depending on the sources.
Although we can source all brands of items, we only recommend certain brands with proven reliability. If extended warranty is important to you then we recommend DELL because warranty is available through DELL Trinidad & Tobago. All other brands of imported items are not covered by any warranty in this region. Added warranty means added costs and therefore we make it a priority to research and identify items with excellent track records and lowest failure rates in order to avoid faulty equipment in the first place.
